Cara Gramegna, ATR, LPC
Cara believes each person is the creator of their own life story. She meets clients where they are, inviting exploration, play, and self-expression while supporting trust in both the art and the therapeutic process. Cara creates a space that is safe, curious, and centered in the relationship, witnessing the personal insights and growth that emerge through creative expression.​
Cara holds a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling from Adler University, with additional training in Sex Therapy. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University, and is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and self-esteem challenges.
